If possible, please bring shorts and either a tank top or a loose fitting t-shirt.

Payment

Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, checks and credit cards.

Cancellations

We reserve your appointment time solely for you. Therefore, a 48-hour cancellation policy applies to your appointment. If you are unable to cancel your appointment more than 48-hours in advance, a cancellation charge for the full treatment fee for the appointment will apply. If you prefer to refer someone for your treatment time, please call us to ensure we can accommodate an initial appointment during your scheduled appointment.

Insurance

We accept Health Savings Account credit cards pursuant to your plan.

Insurance coverage varies greatly, both between providers and among plans. Please contact your insurance company to find out if they will reimburse you for your treatment. Please also inquire about their coverage plan, including the amount of reimbursement, number of treatments per complaint, deductible, etc. We are happy to provide you with any documentation necessary, including receipts, superbills and completed insurance forms for you to submit to your insurance provider. However, you will still need to make a full payment to AXIOM Acupuncture at the time of service.
